Rae is a graduate of University of the Rockies with her M.A. in Sport and Performance Psychology, with an undergrad in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. An avid bookworm, she didn't get active until she took a kickboxing class in college. Since then, she's gotten into spinning, yoga, hiking, weight training, cycling, and golf. What brought out her competitive athlete was running; she has a love-hate relationship with 5ks, won the only 10k she ever raced, ran the Columbus Marathon as her only full, and her favorite race distance is the half marathon. She started CrossFit after completing her marathon, and fell in love. She believes that no matter your background and history, there is an athlete inside waiting for you to unleash and set it free!
