 With a bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati in Applied Administration and Associates degree from Cincinnati State in  Health and fitness. Jonathan has excelled as a personal trainer for more than five years. With certifications from ACE, TRX, CSPT, CF-L1,CF-L2 Jonathan's experience in the industry has given him a deep understanding of the past, present and future of physical fitness.

DJ Kanatzar

While in High School, Coach DJ was a Four Year Varsity Wrestler. DJ then went on to Club Wrestling at Central Michigan University for two seasons, Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing for five year and has been training and competing in Crossfit since 2012. To further his training he obtained his Crossfit Level 1 certificate in October of 2015 and obtained his Crossfit Kids Certification in June of 2016.

DJ specializes in athletic development for the Kids and Teens Crossfit Program.

Joe's fitness journey began after high school wanting to get in better shape. Quickly after starting, he became addicted to the idea of getting as strong as humanly possible. Ever since then, he has been training for and competing in powerlifting, and has set a few junior records in the state of Ohio. Now, Joe has expanded his interests and has ventured out into Olympic weightlifting, strongman, and CrossFit. He has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, from strength training to weight loss, and has been successful in his training career for over 3 years.
