Curious to see what CrossFit is all about? EVERY Saturday at 12 P.M. we offer a FREE class to all interested. All you need to bring is water, towel and a great attitude.
Not currently a member? If you want to try out a class please try to be 20 minutes early.
Drop in is $15
All new members that are unfamiliar with the CrossFit training style are required to go through Foundations, which covers the 9 foundational movements used in our classes. Foundations is offered in a one-on-one format based around your schedule.
